school

Hey everybody. so its been awhile since i've been on here..its starting to get stressful here at school. Finals are making me nervous! Luckily i'm exempting out of my two hardest ones.

My Field Trip

Yesterday I visited ISU and it was pretty interesting. I had a really funny tour guide to make it even better. The college itself was really big to me and I think I would get lost the first couple weeks, but other than that I would be interested in going there. Also the seniors got to apply that morning and then later got letters back in the afternoon telling them whether they got accepted or not. I am happy to say that I got accepted!

The play was alot of fun. I liked everything. I was really tired though and my eyes would start to burn once in a while but oh well. The set was really interesting and the witches where my favorite part. They got kind of scary a few times. My favorite part of the play was when they danced and sang and all those multicolored lights spun around. The theater was very pretty. I think its cool that we got to tour around the place and see how everything worked.

my fun weekend

So...I'm excited for the weekend. I'll be going to the game and senior night on Friday night, then I get to work on Saturday..which means more money! Then Sunday i'll be going to Holiday World. Its the last day they're open for the season. It's to bad I didn't go earlier when Splashing Safari was open. That would have been even more fun!

This video is by the band Panic at the Disco. I went to see them in concert as I have previously said in my blog. On the stage, they had a lot of greenery like in this video..only not outside like this. They are a very environmentally friendly band and that is another reason why I like them. In this song they sing "Things have changed for me... and that's okay. I'm still the same." Those words speak out to me for some reason. They mirror what I think about my life. Everything has to change or else life wouldn't go on the way it is supposed to. Even though I'm not always a fan of change, but I accept it and believe that everything happens for a reason.

I'm tired..

I can't seem to get up in the morning anymore. I don't want to wake up so early and i'm so tired when I get up, but at night I can't go to sleep until like midnight or later because I can't wind down. So I sit and read.....for like 3 hours. Then I lay there and try and go to sleep for another hour or so. I'm getting very aggravated with my new situation.

yay! No work today!! I hope i'll be going horse back riding tonight after I get everything done.

ugh work

I really don't like work at the moment...Its very boring and every time I look at the clock again its only been another 5 minutes..but I survived last night i'll survive again then. I wouldn't try and find another job though, not for another year at least, because I really like the people I work with. Its almost like a big family which is nice.

Summer '08!

This summer was amazing!! I went and saw Panic at the Disco with my friend and we had the best experience! Even though we purchased early entry tickets to the concert, we did not expect to meet them..but they decided everyone who had early entry should get to meet and have a picture taken with the band. Its was probably one of the most memorable days of my life.
